Synopsis
A little artificial Christmas tree is deserted by its owner and forced to encounter the wild nature for the first time in its life. Would it be able to survive through the tough life out in the wild?
Why did I make this film?
This was a project for the university assignment with a prompt 'encounter with nature.'
I wanted to depict an artificial object encountering nature for the first time, so I chose a little artificial Christmas tree as the protagonist of this film.

Through this story, I wanted to experiment with having a non-human object as the protagonist and its relationship with nature. By portraying an artificial tree attacking the real tree but being forgiven by it, I hoped to convey a message that nature almost always chooses to embrace and accept what humans do, although we are quite an offensive species. Another more subtle message I wanted to deliver through the story was that we tend to be on edge when going out to a new world, but we can only be friends with others when we embrace them but not attack them.
